Train to Gain supports employers of all sizes, in all sectors to improve
workforce skills. Business Link Advisers can help you identify your training
needs. We will fund 100% of the cost of individuals achieving at least
Level 2 skills and make a contribution to wage costs for time taken to
train, if you employ less than 50 people.

Apprenticeships
It makes even more sense in a downturn to develop your workforce of the future
by taking on highly cost-effective apprentices. Training is free for the
apprentices you hire before their 19th birthday and we will meet over half
for older apprentices.
